The dynamic evaluation and control ability of the product family implementation process for manufacturing enterprises implementing MC is of great significance to achieve a stable expected effect. In the enterprise application process of the product family technique, in allusion to the insufficient research on the technical management of the implementation process such as R&D and design, the techniques such as Real-time Data Collection and Mining, Evaluation Theory, Control Theory and Process Management were introduced into the analysis and research of the product family development and implementation process, the theory, methods and application system of manufacturing enterprise product family dynamic assessment and control technology was proposed and identified by case studies and empirical researches. Firstly, the development and change characteristics of the market requirements, enterprise resource and product data were analyzed to establish the product family implementation process model and provide framework support for the product family dynamic design, assessment and control. Then, by synthesizing macro and micro perspectives and based on the dynamic and static evaluation, the multi-level dynamic evaluation index system was constructed and provided periodic evaluation tools for the R&D and operation process of the product family. And then, the simulation and control technology of the product family implementation process was studied based on data mining, statistical process control methods and improved the precision and visualization of the control process. Finally, the assistant tools for the dynamic evaluation of the product family based on WEB technology were developed to provide support for enterprises to deepen the implementation of product family for mass customization.
