The kick-off meeting for the major science and technology project of Xiamen “the establishment of a public service platform for the NVH performance of passenger cars and engineering machinery and the innovation and application of technology”was successfully held in xiamen university on July 21,2015.The staffs who participated in the meeting and made important speech included director of Xiamen Municipal Science and Technology Bureau Yuping Huang, deputy director of Xiamen Municipal Science and Technology Bureau Xiaodong Sun, director of Science and Technology Department of Xiamen University Jinghua Zeng, Fengsong Wang and the party secretary of the physics and Mechanical & Electrical Engineering college of Xiamen University Yongqiang Hong.

Professor Liang Hou, who has been the representative project participating unit, project manager, head of the department of mechanical and electrical engineering of Xiamen University and doctoral tutor, introduced the overall construction goal of the project, construction scheme and target of each stage. The project implementation status was reported by Xiamen University, Xiamen King Long Motor Group Co., Ltd, Xiamen XGMA machinery Limited by Share Ltd and Xiamen Industrial Technology Research Institute, respectively.

Project team member maked enquiries of  some leaders of Xiamen Municipal Science and Technology Burea about some questions  which they faced in the process of project execution and got a satisfactory answer. Project  participation unit showed high attention on the implementation of project and they showed that they would construct and perfect of NVH innovation and application of public service platform with the characteristics of "high level, application, service, open“,in consideration of research and development requirements of NVH in Xiamen machinery and equipment manufacturing industry,in order to provide technical guidance and knowledge support for the development of enterprise and industry.
