Professor Liang Hou et al cooperation project " Industrialization application of hydrostatic driving system in engineering machinery " won the second prize of Fujian science and Technology Progress Award

On the morning of February 10,2012, Provincial Party committee and Provincial Government held the provincial science and technology awards conference in FuZhou to cite the science and technology workers who made outstanding contributions to the science and technology and the modernization of our province. Provincial leaders Quan You,ShuLin Sun,WeiGuo Yu,QunYing Liu,JieXu Hong and ShaoJun Chen attended the meeting to  present the trophies to the symbol of award winners. Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party committee WeiGuo Yu hosted the meeting and Vice governor JieXu Hong read out the recognition decision. The scientific and technological achievements of Professor Liang Hou research Group won the two prize of scientific and technological progress in Fujian province.

In the meeting, Secretary of the provincial Party committee Quan You awarded certificates to the Fujian provincial science and Technology Award winner and congratulated to them.Then Quan You,ShuLin Sun and other provincial leaders respectively awarded National Science and Technology Award, Patent Award to the symbol of winners and the first prize of Fujian province science and Technology Award and the grand and first prize of Patent Award to the winners and winning projects.

In the speech,ShuLin Sun as the symbol of Provincial Party committee and Provincial Government expressed warm congratulations to the all winners and high esteem to the majority of scientific and technological workers in the province and all sectors of the province caring for the development of science and technology.

““hydrostatic loader innovation and industrialization” belongs to the field of “Hydraulic and hydraulic transmission technology” and was scientific and technological achievements of joint research from Fujian University of Technology, Xiamen University,Xiamen XGMA machinery Limited by Share Ltd and Xiamen heavy industry Co. Ltd.It came from industry development and market demand and got the support from Major science and technology projects (2008HZ0002-1) of Fujian ProvinceXiamen key research project (Xiamen with No. [2009]233)Fujian provincial key engineering project (SZ2008034) and so on. The results solved the key technical problems in the engineering machinery hydraulic system, formed the independent intellectual property rights, got 6 national patents, 1 Software copyright and published 12 papers, eight of them were included in EI. The project of technical results had been produced and applied in the Xiamen XGMA machinery Limited by Share Ltd, Xiamen Heavy Industry Co. Ltd and other enterprises since 2009. Huge economic benefits included 306170000 yuan of cumulative increase in sales, 14580000 yuan of new profit, 11530000 yuan of new taxes.
       Static hydrostatic drive technology has great application value in engineering machinery, but there is still a huge gap between domestic and foreign countries. The main technical difficulties lie in:firstly,research and application of this technology in foreign countries is earlier than our country,so they builded the protection of multiple technical barriers by means of the patent.Secondly, there are  many components, complex interface, mutual coupling, complex optimization matching between multi interface parameter in hydrostatic drive system.Thirdly, bad operating environment and complex working conditions require the system of construction machinery to adapt to various situations and has high reliability.Also, difficulties include environmental protection, conservation of resources, foreign green trade barriers and research on the efficient reuse of used mechanical and electrical products.Key technological breakthroughs in the implementation of the results include:
       1.The innovation and evolution model of product platform based on knowledge driven was proposed. Carrying out innovative design and technology research and developing product innovation design based on patent analysis system to provide technical platform for the integration of the existing patent technology to implement product innovation and break through foreign patents.
       2.The establishment of multi parameter optimization matching model of hydrostatic drive system. Through independent research and development of hydrostatic drive system , wo conducted semi physical simulation and verify validation of the implementation model to provide design method for system integration and component matching.
       3.In the domestic,for the first time, research and development of hydrostatic drive design and simulation optimization system ,standard design process of construction the hydrostatic system, mathematical model and calculation method, computer - aided hydrostatic drive system design got success.  
       4.We developed health monitoring technology of hydrostatic transmission system. Through the characteristics of monitoring data analysis, we revealed the inherent characteristics of the fault, developed online health monitoring and fault diagnosis system to predict the fault and analy the dynamic performance of hydrostatic drive system and improve the reliability of system application.
       5.We developed engineering machinery modular series of functional components products of hydrostatic drive, job drive and so on and accomplished industrial application of construction machinery such as sanitation vehicles and mine car. Hydrostatic loader and hydraulic sweeper that overall technical performance reached the domestic leading level based on project results transformation  broke the monopoly of foreign related products in china.
       We started to study remanufacturing evaluation model and remanufacturing recovery method and remanufactured hydraulic pump, valve to solve the problem of the hydrostatic component and resource recycling and reusing and provide the technical support to break through the foreign trade barriers, realize China's construction machinery products to .enter the international market.The result of advanced technology and economic benefits provided an effective solution to improve performance,save energy and reduce emissions for host products of construction machinery and promoted hydraulic technology in the engineering machinery in China. The promotion value and potential benefits is huge.
